Aluminum Sheet Metal Plate 3105：3105 alloy aluminum sheet is AL-Mn alloy, which belongs to 3000 series aluminum alloy. Aluminium alloy 3105 is an essentially 98% pure aluminium alloy with minor additions for strength. 3105 aluminum alloy has good corrosion resistance, good plasticity and processability, and the performance of gas welding and arc welding is good. 3105 aluminum sheet has slightly higher strength than 3003 aluminum, others properties are similar to 3003 aluminum alloy. 3105 aluminium has good anti-rust property, good conductivity, electrical conductivity can be up to 41%, 3105 aluminum sheet has high plasticity in the annealing state, in the semi cold hardened, the plasticity is still better, it has low plasticity, good corrosion resistance, good weld-ability and poor cutting properties in cold hardening state.

| 3105 aluminum sheet is a popular base material used in aluminium ROPP/ screw/ crown caps and other bottle cap closure, which is due to aluminium 3105 alloy properties show excellent deep drawing, formability, corrosion resistance and impressive surface treatment effect. Similarly, 3105 aluminum sheet belongs 3 series Al-Mn anti-rust alloy, which can improve its strength through cold processing. Besides, due to the addition of Mn, the strength between the welds of the 3105 aluminium alloy sheet is improved, greatly reduces the tendency of cracks, showing good weldability.
