Among them, under the condition of cold work hardening and semi-cold work hardening, the machinability of 5A02 aluminum alloy is good. Under the condition of annealing, the machinability is poor.
Weldability: 5A02 aluminum pipe has good weldability during resistance welding and atomic hydrogen welding. During argon arc welding, there is a tendency to form crystal cracks.
